Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Our clothing is sized by age and measurements. We recommend measuring your child's chest, waist, and height and comparing with our size charts before ordering. Each product page links to the relevant size chart. When in doubt, size up — our garments are made with a little room to grow!

Delivery & Orders

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Please allow 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Note - In some case product page specifies the dispatch time which should be considered.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within India. Please contact us if you are outside India and interested in placing an order — we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We love creating something special. If you have a specific colour, fabric, or design in mind, please reach out to us with your requirements. Custom orders may require additional production time and will be quoted individually.

What materials are used in your clothing?

We use soft, skin-friendly fabrics chosen with little ones in mind — including cotton, chanderi, and other natural blends. We are committed to eco-friendly values and source materials responsibly. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

Care Instructions

How should I care for handmade clothing?

To keep your Annies garment looking its best:

• Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
• Use a mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang in shade to dry.
• Iron on a low setting, inside out if embroidered or smocked.
• Store folded in a cool, dry place.

Proper care will help your garment last longer and be passed on — just like the love it was made with.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a defect or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
